Irish George II silver coffee pot

Dublin, 1734-1746.

Original scroll fruit wood handle. Of tapering baluster form with high embossed and chased decoration of lion  with floral and scroll patterns above. Cartouches to both sides one with a family coat of arms and a crest to the other. The whole standing on a stepped circular foot.
